I currently work as a Club Doctor at Crystal Palace Football Club and have previously worked as Club Doctor for Chelsea Football Club and Millwall Football Club.
I have experience in managing sports injuries, in both elite and non-elite athletes and specialise in non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions. My work in elite sport covers a range of sports across Men’s, Women’s, Academy and Disability sport....
I also have a keen interest in research and education and hold roles as a Senior Editor at the Football Medicine and Performance Association, Assistant Secretary at the FA Medical Society, Professional Development Advisor on the University of Bath MSc in Football Medicine in partnership with FIFA and on the Communications Committee for the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine.
I am currently carrying out a PgCert in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and have a Membership of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine.
I graduated in Medicine in 2018 from the University of Aberdeen and underwent training in General Practice. I have also undergone further university studies in a BSc Sport and Exercise Science in 2015 and Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine with Distinction from the University of Leeds in 2021 where I was named on the Deans list and received the prize for 2020/2021.
